Welsh Ministers have been asked to approve a loan to Cardiff Airport of £6.4m from the public purse, just one year after they approved a loan of £21.4m.
The airport was originally purchased by the Welsh Government for £52m in 2013 and posted losses of £18.5m in 2019.
The additional loan would bring the total loaned by the Welsh Government to the airport up to £28m.
Flybe accounted for 51.8% of scheduled departures from the airport in 2019 and with the news that low-cost airline giant is entering administration, SWA questions whether Cardiff Airport is a sustainable venture for the Welsh Government.
It is clear the the Welsh Assembly Government are committed to wasting even more taxpayer money on a fruitless venture. How much more of this will the people of Wales put up with?
